Rules & Regulations
1. Arrival and Departure policy
Early arrival is subject to availability. Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
The Government legislation requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Check-out time is 24 hrs. No grace time shall be given.
2. Accommodation Policy
The guests shall be accommodated in the rooms assigned, as per the occupancy rate. Children (2 PAX) below the age of 8 years shall be allowed in the parent’s rooms. Extra Person(s) / Bed charge(s) applicable. Specific choice of rooms is subject to availability.
The Tariff is only for the rooms. Its exclusive of government taxes, which is applicable from time to time. The tariff is dynamic and subject to change.
4. Liability of Guest’s Belongings
The hotel’s management is not responsible for any kind of loss to the guest’s belonging’s due to negligence of Hotel Staff or agents or any other cause, whatsoever including theft or pilferage from the Guest room(s), Common area(s), F&B Outlet(s), Luggage room(s) within the hotel’s premises.
5. Hotel’s Property & Fixtures
The Guest shall be held responsible for any kind of loss or damage incurred to the property of the hotel, fixtures or utilities provided to them, due to their or visitor’s negligence. Replacement and cleanup charges, as applicable shall be collected.
6. Rights To Admission
The Hotel Management reserves the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate forthwith. In default, the Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guest from the room occupied by him/her.
7. Relationship With Company
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub – tenancy or any right or interest in the Hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any guest or visitor and the Company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the Hotel Premises.
8. Withdrawl of Services
The complimentary Personal utilities and other paid services provided by the hotel, can be withdrawn at anytime / might be limited to a extent / not available due to certain reasons. Similarly, it remains the property of the hotel and cannot be taken away by the guests.
9. The following articles or similar items are strictly not permitted in the hotel premises:
- Pets / Domestic Animals/ Birds
- Either Raw or Exposed inflammable material or articles of a combustible or hazardous nature
- Articles that are considered a threat to the security of other guests
- Articles exceeding a reasonable quantity
- Offensive smelling articles
- Storing of Cinema films
- Fire arms or Dangerous Weapons
- Eatables from outside.
- Effective from 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced a “No-Smoking” legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel.
10. Security Check
For security reasons, random checking shall be conducted in interest of everybody’s safety. And if any of such articles mentioned above are found, then it would be detained and penalty will be charged.
11. Visitors Restricted
Inviting visitor(s) to guest’s room and allowing them to use the utilities of the room is strictly prohibited. The guest shall meet them in the lobby only. No visitors are entertained after 22.00 Hrs
12. Payment and Lien Over Guest’s Belongings
Bills must be settled on presentation. In case of default in payment, the hotel Management would be entitled to lien over the luggage and belongings of the guest(s), to detain or auction to recover the amount due. Payment through cheque(s) and certain other mode(s) is not accepted.
13. Room Keys
It is important to keep the room keys safely (Balcony rooms have additional keys.). Guests are advised not to carry the keys out of the hotel. If the keys are lost or misplaced, the guest shall be liable to pay for the loss as per the hotel policy.
14.Amendment of Rules
The management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the mentioned terms, conditions and rules at any point of time, without prior notice. The Guest cannot hold any kind of legal suit against the hotel management for whatsoever reason in the court of law. Disputes if any, is subject to MADURAI Judistriction only.

The rates, tariff and taxes are subject to change and the company cannot be held liable for any such change. If at any time, during the continuance of service, the performance in whole or in part, of any obligation under it shall be prevented or delayed by reason of war, hostility, axe of the public enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, strikes, lockout or act of god, etc, no claim for damages against the company in respect of such performance or delay in performance of the service can be claimed.
